Exercise program means the workout routine to be followed on daily or weekly basis. Which type of exercises are to be selected and how many times a week they are done, is explained by Medifit Education.

WHAT ARE THE THINGS TO BE REMEMBERED WHILE DESIGNING ANY EXERCISE PROGRAM?

 

• Body type
• Selection of exercise type
• Medical condition of client
Aim of Medifit Education to introduce exercise programming section is that everybody should be able to understand their exercise program, is it prepared in right way or not?
Most of the people rely only on gym programs, which are not of completely of high benchmark with respect to medical and fitness field.

 

HOW TO PREPARE THE EXERCISE PROGRAM?

 

Medifit Education is trying to make exercise program as lucid and simple as possible.

DAILY RUNNING OR JOGGING

 

Whatever your body type, ecto, meso or endomorph, you require jogging or running daily. Body requires jogging or running daily to maintain heart health, increase lungs capacity and burn fat.
Most of the people do mistake of doing jogging or running twice or thrice a week. Always do jogging or running daily, whatever may be the intensity – low or high, but doing it daily is important, as heart and lungs are too busy organs, supplying blood and oxygen to each and every part of body .
Take medical advice for intensity deciding before starting jogging or running.

STRETCHING

Do stretching on daily basis. You can do it pre workout, during workout or post workout. Stretching being the essential component of fitness, it should be done daily.

WEIGHT TRAINING

Make sure that your weight training covers upper and lower body in proportion. Most of the people will only go for upper body, and will neglect lower body. It should be avoided for real fitness and to maintain proper symmetry of body.
Weight training can be done
Once, twice, thrice, 4 times, 5 times or 6 days a week.

WHAT MEDIFIT EDUCATION RECOMMENDS?

Ectomorphs: Once or twice a week only with low intensity.
Mesomorphs: 3 or 4 sessions a week with moderate to high intensity.
Endomorphs: 5 or 6 sessions a week with high intensity.
