DOSAGE OF CHYAWANPRASH:
The usual dose of Chyawanprash is 1–2 teaspoons (approximately 12 to 24 grams), twice daily, or as directed by your Physician/ healthcare practitioner. Children can take ½ teaspoon daily. The dose for the kids below 12 years will differ. I prescribe to consume the Chyawanprash above 2 years of age and not below 2 years.

RESEARCH OF CHYAWANPRASH
